What drives you? Perhaps it is a dream that started it all, causing you to go to cosmetology school to become a master stylist later in life.  Maybe you realized you needed a technical education to make more money.  Or, it could be that you needed something to bring an income while raising children.  Whatever it is that drives you, we want to know about it.  What brought you into this industry, and what causes you to work so hard to succeed?  Your stories will be shared with current cosmetology students at both Hays Academy of Hair Design campuses in Hays and Salina, Kansas.  Email what drives you to [email protected]
