A Letter from Hays Academy in 2017
Hays Academy of Hair Design is excited to be in your community for 2017! There are so many great things happening in the Hays and Salina areas and our students and staff look forward to seeing the successes of the members of our great cities.
Since our beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to be active and contributing members of our communities. Hays Academy will be continuing the traditions of the Back to School Bash, College Student Appreciation, Business of the Week and other events that allow for free or discounted services throughout 2017!
In addition to our hosted events, Hays Academy students and staff are a part of many behind the scenes events that bring light and joy to the elderly, cancer patients and children from low-income families. Being able to see the smiles on these folks faces really makes it worth it!
The staff of Hays Academy go on an annual retreat where they do bonding activities, discuss policy and make plans for the coming year. During this time, all the staff participate in a service project. In years past staff members have visited hospitals and done services for patients and their families, fed family members and just talked to them. This is a tradition that has is always looked forward to.
On a weekly basis, we bring our best into the school salon. We strive to make each guest feel welcome and for them to leave looking and feeling great! From haircuts, color, manicures, pedicures, waxing, makeup applications and more, Hays Academy of Hair Design is bringing 2017 in with excitement and great anticipation of upcoming international competitions and local community oriented projects.
